Can you include email or phone contact information in your bio?

No, you canā€™t. If you have fewer than 200,000 followers, even including an email address is prohibited, as directing traffic outside the platform is considered against its rules, and the platform is likely to take action against you. However, if you have over 200,000 followers, your influence may give you some leverage to negotiate with the platform. In such cases, including an email address might be overlooked. But adding a phone number will almost certainly result in it being removed.
